2025 Senior Contract
PACKAGE OPTIONS
MINI: 30 minute session | up to 1 outfit | 1 location of your choosing | 15 edited photos | $150
SILVER: 60 minute session | up to 3 outfits | location(s) of your choosing | 45 edited photo | $350
GOLD: 2 hour session | up to 6 outfits | location(s) of your choosing | 80+ edited photo | $500
EVENT PACKAGE
This contract states that I am hired to photograph the senior portrait session of your choosing. You will then receive the stated amount of edited images in a private digital gallery, in which you can download and print at full resolution.
PAYMENT
The Client will pay Maddy Stensven Photography 50% of the total session amount as a deposit to secure the date and payable execution of this agreement. This is a non refundable or transferable deposit in any event of cancellation.
COPYRIGHT
The entire copyright in the photographs is retained by Maddy Stensven Photography at all times. The online album of photographs provided for the client may be printed and displayed online for personal but not commercial use. Maddy Stensven Photography retains the right in all cases to use the photographs in any manner at any time in any part of the world for the purposes of adverting or otherwise promoting work.
IMAGE PROCESSING
Unless agreed upon prior to any editing work, high-resolution photos may contain a mixture of color and black and white images. For best results, clients with the high-resolution files should order their prints through a reputable lab. Raw images are not included, just edited high resolution photos. Maddy Stensven Photography is not responsible for keeping images (raw and edited) after 12 months of when they were taken. Photos (raw and edited) may be deleted f rom photographers storage. You can expect to receive your gallery within 1 - 3 weeks of your senior session date.
