EVENT PACKAGE:
This contract confirms that I am contracted to photograph your cap and gown session. The session is scheduled to be 15 minutes long. You will receive 15+ edited images. Your final images will be delivered in a private online gallery within one week, where you may download and print them at full resolution.

PAYMENT:
A non-refundable retainer of 100% ($75) is due at the time of signing this contract to secure your session date and time. Your session will not be secured until this payment has been received. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation. Payments may be made by cash, check, or Venmo.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you choose to cancel your session, your payment is non-refundable under any circumstance.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
The client is responsible for arriving on time and prepared for the session. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time. The photographer is not responsible for compromised coverage due to lateness, wardrobe malfunctions, or other circumstances beyond control.
