2026 Gold Wedding Contract
CONTRACT DETAILS
GOLD PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- 8 hours of coverage
- unlimited edited photos (600+)
- private online gallery
- engagement session (2 outfits, 2 locations, unlimited photos)
- wedding sneak peeks within 72 hours
- custom timelines planning assistance
EVENT PACKAGE
This contract states that I am hired to photograph your event under the Gold Package as listed above. My responsibilities include documenting your day with attention to detail, capturing both candid and posed moments, and delivering a full gallery of edited, high-resolution images. Coverage will span 8 consecutive hours on your wedding day, with all final images delivered via a private online gallery within 2-6 weeks. You will receive sneak peeks from your wedding within 72 hours, and I will also work with you to build a personalized photo timeline to ensure we make the most of your time and vision.
In addition to wedding day coverage, your package includes a complimentary engagement session featuring up to two outfits and two locations of your choice in which you will receive unlimited edited photos from.
TRAVEL
Travel within 1 hour of Osceola, WI is covered. Standard traveling fee is $25 per driving hours beyond 1 hour from Osceola, WI. If the client requires Maddy Stensven Photography to travel further than 3 hours, flight/lodging arrangements will be covered by the client.
PAYMENT
The Gold Package is priced at $3,500, not including any add-ons. The Client will pay Maddy Stensven Photography $1,750 as a deposit to secure the date and for execution of this agreement. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation. The remaining total is due no later than 30 days before your wedding date. No photography will be fulfilled without entire payment.
COPYRIGHT
The entire copyright in the photographs is retained by Maddy Stensven Photography at all times. The online album of photographs provided for the client may be printed and displayed online for personal but not commercial use. Maddy Stensven Photography retains the right in all cases to use the photographs in any manner at any time in any part of the world for the purposes of adverting or otherwise promoting work.
IMAGE PROCESSING
Unless agreed upon prior to any editing work, high-resolution photos may contain a mixture of color and black and white images. For best results, clients with the high-resolution files should order their prints through a reputable lab. Raw images are not included, just edited high resolution photos. Maddy Stensven Photography is not responsible for keeping images (edited) after 12 months of when they were taken. Photos (raw and edited) may be deleted f rom photographers storage. You can expect to receive your gallery within 2 - 6 weeks of your wedding date.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of a rescheduling or cancellation, the client’s security deposit is non-refundable. This means that if a client cancels anytime between booking and one month prior to their wedding, the security deposit (and all additional payments made up to that point) will be non-refundable. If a client cancels their booking within one month of the wedding, their final payment (non-refundable) is still due.
